The number of people in the accommodation is limited to a maximum of 8.

Smoking is prohibited in the flat.

Out of respect for the neighbours:

Use of the sauna is automatically blocked from midnight to 6 a.m. in order to limit the risk of noise pollution.

Parties are prohibited in the flat.

Pets are not allowed.

It is forbidden to walk in the apartment with shoes on.

The use of essential oils in the sauna is prohibited due to the risk of fire.

The toilets are macerator toilets, so it is strictly forbidden to flush anything other than toilet paper. If the toilet is out of order due to non-compliance with this rule, you will be charged for the repair (€1,000).
SAFETY
The accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay in accordance with industry protocols.
The linen provided is washed between each stay.
Smoke detectors are installed on each floor.
A first aid kit is available.
ACCESS
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift.
Access to the building is via a code that will be provided to you the day before your arrival.
